Sabinah Amershi serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Client Service Manager at Compassionate Capital. With a strong background in client services and operational leadership, she plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory integrity while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Since joining in 2015, Sabinah has steadily advanced, overseeing compliance functions, operational processes, and client service teams across affiliated entities. Allan has spent more than 20 years working in the financial services industry. The knowledge he has gained from his hands-on training and experience working in the financial field has proven, in many cases, more beneficial than anything learned from college text books. Allan is Virji Investment's Senior Investment Advisor servicing our Tampa, Florida area clients.
Allan and his wife live in the Wesley Chapel area on the northern side of Tampa, Florida. When Allan's not helping his client's achieve their financial goals, you can usually find him at one of the area's beautiful golf courses.
Murtaza Kermali serves as Accounting Manager at Compassionate Capital, overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls. A dedicated member of the organization since 2007, he brings decades of experience across banking, insurance, and financial services.
Prior to joining the firm, Murtaza built over 15 years of experience in the banking sector and 12 years in the insurance industry, working internationally before settling in Florida. He holds a diploma in Banking from The Commercial Bank of Kuwait and a bachelor's degree in accounting from DeSales University in Pennsylvania.

Imran Virji serves as Administrative Assistant at Compassionate Capital, supporting internal operations, investor services, and strategic initiatives across the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
